Payment Method
Orders can be paid through Cash on Delivery (COD) or online payment methods.
Delivery Process
Orders placed before 2 PM (Mon-Sat) will be delivered same day. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order number via SMS on your registered mobile number.

Replacement Policy
At Achha Foods, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase.
Eligibility for Replacement:
• Achha Milk, Butter, and Yogurt: Replacement can be claimed within 24 hours of purchase.
• Achha Cheese (all variants) and Desi Ghee: Replacement can be claimed within 3 days of purchase.
All replacement requests must be made within the specified time frame.
Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel their order before it is processed. Once the order has been confirmed and processed (after confirmation call by our representative), it cannot be cancelled.
Order Delays
Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions or political disruptions are beyond our control. However, our team will inform customers in case of any such delays.
Minimum Order & Delivery Charges
There is no minimum order requirement. However:
• Orders below Rs. 1500 will be charged Rs. 190 as delivery charges.
• Orders above Rs. 1500 will qualify for free delivery.
Complaint Mechanism
Customers are advised to provide accurate information while placing orders.
For any issues related to order changes, delays, cancellations, or complaints, please contact our customer support. Complaints will be addressed within 24 hours.
In case of damaged or opened goods, customers must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Confirmation Process
Customers must provide a valid contact number and email address at the time of order placement.
All product prices listed on our website are inclusive of applicable sales tax as per the laws of Pakistan.
